Become a Partner
Partnering with the UCR College Corps strengthens your organization’s impact through dedicated service and strategic collaboration. Fellows provide 15 hours of weekly capacity-building service throughout the academic year to support your community-driven initiatives. Apply today and become a host partner for the 2026-2027 Cohort year!
Criteria
Organizations must meet the following criteria to host UCR College Corps fellows:
Must be a nonprofit or governmental organization.
Work in Climate Action, Education, or Food Insecurity.
Have the ability to host at least two fellows, and to provide the fellows with effective training, mentoring and supervision to meet the goal of providing meaningful work experience.
Ensure that fellows meet the 450 hour service requirement while learning practical skills and interacting directly with program beneficiaries.
Be able to support the UCR College Corps staff in tracking the contributions and outcomes of your site’s fellows.

By submitting, you agree to maintain transparency; if any project details or supervisory roles change, you must notify Diego Mora (diego.mora@ucr.edu) promptly. We look forward to collaborating with you to foster meaningful civic engagement and support the vital work you do within our community.
Criteria

- Must be a nonprofit or governmental organization.
- Must work within the sectors of Climate Action, Education, or Food Insecurity. Or providing a general service to the community.
- Must provide a dedicated event contact phone number and email address
- Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to the event/service start date.
- Note: Submissions received less than a month in advance do not guarantee adequate volunteer recruitment

College Corps partners with a large variety of non-profits, schools, and government agencies to place our Fellows in organizations serving the three focus areas.
